This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.
• Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of Sales Academy programs across various segments and business units.
• Organize training sessions, oversee communications, and ensure data accuracy to facilitate reporting and informed strategic decisions.
• Contribute to high-profile initiatives such as the Global Sales Forum, Sales Pitch Forum, and quarterly executive reporting.
• Participate in planning meetings with sales leaders to review Sales Academy offerings, which include OUTCOME Selling, Manager Training, Negotiations, and Customer Success / Solutions Consultant programs.
• Support meeting logistics and stay informed about training priorities across different segments and business units.
• Manage follow-up tasks from planning meetings, which include distributing course information, scheduling touchpoints, and coordinating next steps.
• Gather sales rosters ahead of each training session and handle session logistics, such as venue bookings and pre-work assignments through Docebo.
• Distribute participant surveys and coordinate the issuance of LinkedIn learning badges after sessions.
• Take ownership of the Sales Academy newsletter, distributing it quarterly.
• Maintain the primary Sales Academy Excel spreadsheet, ensuring the accuracy of session IDs, business unit details, and attendee rosters.
• Monitor and report on progress against Sales Academy Key Performance Objectives (KPOs), including training coverage, new hire completion, negotiation sessions, and Gong feature adoption.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in program coordination, sales operations, training operations, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and effective follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, encompassing data entry, spreadsheet management, and basic reporting capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills that are clear and professional.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (e.g., Docebo) or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Gong).
• Experience in supporting sales training, learning and development, or enablement programs within a corporate setting.
• Comfortable working collaboratively across functions with sales leaders and business partners.
