This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage daily administration, configuration, and support of the SailPoint platform, which includes identity lifecycle management, role management, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.
• Diagnose and resolve ICAM-related incidents, service requests, and issues promptly, in accordance with established SLAs.
• Configure and maintain features of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) or IdentityIQ (IIQ), including access certifications, role-based access control (RBAC), separation of duties (SoD) policies, and automated provisioning/deprovisioning.
• Integrate SailPoint with enterprise applications, directories, and third-party services utilizing REST APIs, SCIM, and connector frameworks.
• Assist with the onboarding and offboarding processes for users, roles, and applications within the SailPoint environment.
• Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues within the ICAM ecosystem.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure that IAM configurations comply with federal security standards and frameworks, including NIST guidelines and Zero Trust principles.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of technical documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and runbooks related to ICAM and SailPoint operations.
• Engage in change management processes, including the planning, testing, and implementation of changes to the SailPoint environment.
• Facilitate audits and compliance reviews by generating access reports, certification campaigns, and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and implement new SailPoint features and capabilities that align with mission objectives.
• Provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for escalated identity governance and access management challenges.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field from an accredited institution; equivalent work experience may be accepted in place of a degree.
• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in administering and supporting SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), or a similar Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) platform.
• Active Secret Clearance is mandatory.
• Relevant SailPoint certification(s) are required (e.g., SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer, SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Engineer, or SailPoint Certified Administrator).
