This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.
• Take charge of and lead Problem Management efforts for the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform, ensuring prompt identification and resolution of recurring issues.
• Conduct thorough Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents and implement lasting corrective measures.
• Examine and resolve challenges related to identity lifecycle processes, provisioning, workflows, certifications, roles, entitlements, and integrations.
• Review application logs, database records, scheduled tasks, and system processes to uncover root causes and performance bottlenecks.
• Troubleshoot and enhance platform stability, performance, data integrity, and operational dependability.
• Work collaboratively with SailPoint L3 Support, application owners, infrastructure teams, and external vendors to address technical issues.
• Assist in ongoing improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing incident recurrence and enhancing service resilience.
• Maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Participate in change, release, and operational activities under the supervision of the System Lead.
• At least 3 years of practical experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ, including version 8.4 or higher.
• Extensive experience in administering, configuring, and troubleshooting SailPoint IdentityIQ within enterprise settings.
• Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) as well as Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) processes.
• Demonstrated experience in performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent solutions for intricate IAM challenges.
• Experience managing highly customized SailPoint environments, encompassing workflows, integrations, and custom Java components.
• Proficient in troubleshooting identity lifecycle processes (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), access requests, provisioning, certifications, and role management.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL for troubleshooting and data analysis.
• Familiarity with Java, with the capability to read, comprehend, and troubleshoot existing customizations.
• Experience in investigating issues across application, database, integration, and infrastructure layers.
• Proven track record of collaborating with SailPoint L3 Support and coordinating technical resolution efforts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
