Safety Services Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conducts surveys and analyzes issues faced by prospective and current Emerging, Enterprise, and Middle Market clients.

• Identifies, assesses, and evaluates conditions for clients dealing with loss issues and formulates appropriate recommendations.

• Provides professional and technical safety consulting services to a diverse range of clients.

• Offers training to clients and consulting services to Insperity staff on occupational health and safety matters.

⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is mandatory.

• A Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of ten years of successful experience in safety services in a comparable role is required.

• Certification as a Safety Professional (CSP) or other accredited safety-related certification is highly sought after.

• A valid driver's license in the state of residence with no more than two major violations and one chargeable accident in the past three years is necessary.
