This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Create automated notifications for upcoming certification expirations and manage renewal reminders.
• Evaluate safety data to uncover trends, patterns, and areas needing heightened focus or intervention.
• Compile monthly and quarterly safety metrics reports that include incident rates, leading indicators, and benchmark comparisons.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure that new hire safety onboarding requirements are fulfilled prior to field deployment.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation for regulatory inspections and audits.
• Maintain digital filing systems for safety documents, including SDS libraries, JHAs, and safety meeting minutes.
• Revise and disseminate toolbox talk materials and safety bulletins.
• Monitor corrective actions from safety audits and inspections to guarantee timely completion.
• Aid in incident investigation processes by organizing documentation and tracking follow-up tasks.
• Schedule drug and alcohol testing and keep related records in accordance with DOT and company policies.
• Support tracking of safety incentive programs and coordination of recognition efforts.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports for leadership safety reviews.
• Keep an eye on industry safety alerts and share pertinent information with field teams.
• Format policies, procedures, MOPs, and SOP documents.
• Assist with documentation and events for Safety Committee meetings.
• Associate's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in safety administration, data management, or construction operations support.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong grasp of OSHA recordkeeping requirements and regulations.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and suitable home office setup.
• Preferred:
• Experience with safety management software platforms (e.g., Procore Safety, SafetyCulture, iReportSource).
• Background in construction industry safety or operations.
• OSHA 10 or 30-Hour certification is a plus.
• Familiarity with EMR calculations and TRIR/DART rate reporting.
• Knowledge of DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations.
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS).
• Basic understanding of construction trade certifications and requirements.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools or advanced Excel functions.
