This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Accountable for directing, executing, instructing, training, and implementing an EHS program
• Develop, support, and evaluate the safety program
• Perform daily inspections, audits, task assessments, and report on performance metrics
• Ensure adherence to regulatory and policy requirements
• Deliver clear and effective communication to team members and leadership
• A Bachelor’s degree in industrial safety, industrial hygiene, or a related field is preferred, or at least 5 years of EHS experience
• Must be proficient in Spanish
• Strong, demonstrable knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and Federal, State, and local regulatory compliance standards
• Proficient in using the Microsoft suite of tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 80% travel required
