This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Deliver onsite and virtual safety and risk management services to clients.
• Develop action plans for safety and risk management, visiting clients (either onsite or virtually) multiple times each year.
• Assess the effectiveness of clients' hazard controls related to their operations.
• Engage in high-level professional business communications with senior management, including presentations, emails, letters, in-person meetings, report writing, and telephone discussions.
• A High School Diploma or GED is required.
• At least 5 years of experience as a loss control consultant or in a similar role.
• A recognized safety designation, such as COSS, COHST, ARM, CRM, ALCM, CSHCO, CCSHCO, ASP, CSP, CRM, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
• Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are highly preferred.
