
SaaS Subscription Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Manage a complete sales pipeline: prospecting, discovery, demonstration, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
• Promote our perks/discounts SaaS subscription to associations, professional societies, chambers of commerce, unions, and membership organizations.
• Offer API and integrated product solutions, strategically positioning technical integrations alongside the core subscription to enhance deal value and increase platform adoption.
• Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers, including Executive Directors, VPs of Membership, and leaders in Member Experience.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of each association's membership base to effectively position perks programs as tools for member acquisition and retention.
• Conduct persuasive product demonstrations customized to the association/membership context (member value, renewal rates, non-dues revenue).
• Negotiate contract terms and pricing structures, which may include tiered or per-member subscription models.
• Collaborate with Legal, Implementation, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to facilitate seamless onboarding and to identify opportunities for expansion and upselling.
• Keep precise pipeline and forecasting data in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot).
• Represent the company at industry conferences and trade shows focused on associations (e.g., ASAE, association management events).
• Regularly meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Over 3 years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, demonstrating a successful record of meeting quotas.
• Preferred experience selling to associations, nonprofits, membership organizations, or within the employee benefits/HR tech sectors.
• Comfortable selling subscription-based, recurring revenue models that involve multi-stakeholder buying committees.
• Proficient in selling ARR packages valued up to $100K.
• Strong discovery and consultative selling abilities — capable of linking perks/benefits programs to goals for member retention, engagement, and non-dues revenue.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both in virtual settings and face-to-face.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar) and sales engagement platforms (Apollo, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Willingness to travel occasionally for industry conferences and in-person meetings.
