This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Providing guidance to customers on possible solutions while fostering strong relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Crafting email sequences and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Discovering and reaching out to new leads via inbound channels, following up through email or phone communications.
• Conducting A/B testing on various strategies to optimize outcomes and enhance conversion rates.
• Performing online platform demonstrations to highlight the advantages and features of our products.
• Developing and negotiating offers to finalize deals with prospective clients.
• Identifying additional value and benefits to upsell to current customers.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales position, with a demonstrated history of achieving and surpassing targets.
• Exceptional English communication abilities, both written and verbal, with a knack for building rapport and establishing trust with clients.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities: Ability to pinpoint and address customer challenges while delivering effective solutions.
• Proficient in utilizing a range of technology platforms and tools.
• Excellent time management skills: Competence in effectively managing workload and prioritizing tasks to meet targets and deadlines.
• Positive demeanor: Ability to collaborate well within a team, adapt to change, and perform effectively under pressure.
• Enjoyment in conducting online demonstrations.
