This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline utilizing cold calls, networking, and referrals.
• Perform discovery calls to showcase LatamCent’s nearshore recruiting solutions.
• Advise clients to evaluate hiring requirements and illustrate the value of our services.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts to optimize revenue and value.
• Work in tandem with recruiters to guarantee client satisfaction and prompt talent delivery.
• Sustain and enhance client relationships after the sale.
• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Minimum of 1 year of Account Executive experience with a U.S.-based company.
• Demonstrated success in progressing sales from prospecting to closing.
• Solid grasp of sales processes and dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficient in English at a C1 level or higher (both written and spoken).
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Sales Technology Tools.
