This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Develop and Implement Sales Strategy: Spearhead the formulation of both short- and long-term sales strategies, organizational design, annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue objectives. Ensure alignment with overarching company goals and sales targets, working closely with senior leadership to enhance the go-to-market strategy.
• Manage the Sales Cycle: Supervise every phase of the sales cycle from prospecting to deal completion, which includes overseeing intricate negotiations, performing detailed discovery with prospects and clients, and utilizing a solution-focused Value Framework. Propel the development and closure of opportunities to meet or exceed regional targets.
• Customer Relationship and Territory Oversight: Foster high-level relationships with key decision-makers within large, complex accounts. Act as an executive sponsor on significant deals and assist Sales Directors in managing territories, ensuring appropriate focus and actions in each account.
• Partner Collaboration and Leadership: Direct the partner team to cultivate and sustain strong relationships with strategic partners, aligning efforts to maximize shared opportunities and drive collective success.
• Build, Develop, and Mentor Sales Team: Recruit, onboard, train, and motivate a highly skilled sales professional team. Guide Sales Directors in effective sales practices while empowering them to implement territory plans autonomously. Promote a culture of continuous learning and inspiration.
• Accurate Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Regularly provide accurate forecasts, maintain a strong and well-qualified pipeline, and monitor all team activities against KPIs. Ensure transparency and accountability in all sales reporting and team performance metrics.
• Customer Insight and Feedback: Collect high-quality insights from customer engagements to inform product strategy and ensure that solutions align with evolving customer requirements. Provide valuable feedback to synchronize products and services with market demand and client objectives.
• Ethical Leadership: Exemplify a commitment to ethical sales practices, maintaining integrity in all business interactions and serving as a benchmark for the team and the broader organization.
• 10+ years of successful field sales experience with a demonstrated ability to penetrate new accounts and navigate complex sales processes.
• 5+ years of experience in building successful sales teams along with previous experience as a second line leader.
• Proven proficiency in solution selling and managing intricate sales cycles. Strong grasp of territory management, targeting, and sales execution methodologies.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
