Russian OPI/VRI Interpreters

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Moldova.

📋 Description

• Professionally handle incoming calls, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Always be ready to take notes during calls.

• Familiarize yourself with the specialized vocabulary relevant to the healthcare and medical industries.

• Accurately and completely convey all messages, ensuring no additions, omissions, or substitutions.

• Deliver top-notch customer service during interpretation sessions.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Adhere to established standards of practice.

• Participate in internal professional training sessions.

• Show enthusiasm for obtaining new professional certifications.

• Maintain communication and report to your team leader.

• Follow dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

• Professional remote interpreters with proficiency in Russian-English OPI/VRI interpretation.

• Capability to professionally answer calls while following the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Preparedness to take notes during calls.

• Knowledge of specific terminology within healthcare and medical sectors.

• Ability to render messages accurately, without any additions or omissions.

• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service during interpretation.

• Must meet the technical requirements for a home office setup.
