📋 Description

• We are looking for talented and highly motivated Russian Interpreters to become part of our fully remote team.

• This role initially focuses on OPI, with a clear trajectory toward advancement into VRI.

• Your primary responsibility will be to deliver precise, consecutive interpretation in medical environments.

• You will facilitate essential communication in social services and financial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of professional experience in remote medical interpretation.

• English Proficiency: Must possess at least C1 fluency. Valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE are accepted.

• Interpretation Certification: Candidates must pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation during the hiring process.

• Core Skills: Complete command of medical and customer service terminology is required.

• Compliance: You must currently hold or be willing to obtain HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications.

• Background Check: Must be willing to successfully complete a standard background check via email.

• Technical & Workspace Requirements: Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is essential (Wi-Fi is prohibited).

• Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset is required.

• Computer Specs: Must have at least Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM.

• Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge is necessary.

• Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment is essential.
