Localization Specialist, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Overseeing the complete translation process for various company assets.

• Translating and modifying a diverse array of materials, such as landing pages, resource pages, learning guides, help center articles, and text within visual components.

• Localizing application interfaces to guarantee an impeccable user experience for French-speaking users.

• Conducting peer reviews of colleagues' translations to uphold high linguistic standards and brand consistency.

• Managing basic HTML formatting to prepare content for marketing websites and directly publishing finalized translations into WordPress.

• Carrying out basic keyword research in French to ensure our translated content achieves good rankings and reaches the appropriate audience.

• Regularly reviewing and updating outdated translations to maintain current and accurate messaging.

• Providing occasional consecutive translation during Sales demonstrations and other important client meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level fluency in French and a professional working proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

• Demonstrated experience in translation, localization, or a comparable linguistic role.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing content and the capability to adjust tone and style for various formats.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• A high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.
