This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belarus.

📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a professional manner, adhering to the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Be ready to take notes during the call.

• Convey all messages accurately and thoroughly without adding, omitting, or altering any content.

• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the interpreting process.

• Facilitate effective communication between Limited English Proficient individuals and clients by providing precise and complete interpretation of messages.

• Implement established standards of practice.

• Engage in internal professional training and pursue new professional certifications.

• Follow the dress code requirements for video remote interpreting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Remote interpreters who are enthusiastic about languages and interpretation.

• Must be capable of answering calls professionally and comply with the Interpreter's code of conduct.

• Knowledge of specific terminology relevant to the healthcare and medical sectors.

• Must deliver accurate and complete interpretations without adding, omitting, or substituting any messages.

• Must be prepared to take notes during conversations.

• Willingness to participate in internal professional training and acquire new professional certifications.

• Must adhere to dress code standards for video remote interpreting.

• Technical specifications include: a dedicated high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps, a minimum upload speed of 10 Mbps, and no external devices permitted.
