Ruby on Rails Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Developing the backend, which includes business logic, GraphQL API, data models, and the admin panel.

• Collaborating with the team to design and implement new system features.

• Ensuring the stability of a live product through monitoring, fixes, and maintenance.

• Troubleshooting and resolving issues reported by clients.

• Integrating with external systems and industrial devices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid understanding of Ruby on Rails and familiarity with the framework’s conventions.

• Quick learning ability.

• A commitment to understanding the client’s challenges, beyond just executing tasks.

• Strong attention to the quality of the code you produce.

• A genuine curiosity about the connections between various parts of the system.

• Willingness to utilize LLMs and coding agents as everyday tools.

• Nice to have: Experience with industrial systems, IIoT, or MQTT.

• Nice to have: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as JS and React.

• Nice to have: Basic awareness of DevOps practices including CI/CD and Kubernetes.
