Ruby on Rails Developer

• Generate insights and streamline the compensation review and increment process.

• Engage with technologies including Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL/Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails, React, MySQL/Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq.

• Strong understanding of computer science principles such as Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).

• Solid grasp of web technologies, including JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS.

• Proven experience in enhancing database queries and server responses.

• Ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks, APIs, and bugs.
