
RSS Team Manager – 18 Month Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Accountable for the effective delivery of program services within their team.
• Offers mentoring and support to a group of Rehabilitation Service Specialists (RSSs).
• Ensures that all relevant service standards and participant outcomes align with contract stipulations.
• Cultivates and maintains productive relationships with funders and Rehabilitation Service Professionals.
• Develops and sustains partnerships with service providers, community agencies, and employers to enhance participant outcomes.
• Oversees staffing and capacity levels at the local team level.
• A valid health professional designation, Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Professional (CVRP), or a Certified Vocational Rehabilitation Services Professional – Fellow (CVRP – F).
• At least five (5) years of experience in providing direct medical, psycho-social, or vocational rehabilitation services (or a combination of these), including:
• - Experience in performing medical, psycho-social, or vocational rehabilitation assessments.
• - Experience working with individuals facing mental or physical health challenges that hinder their civilian life.
• - Experience collaborating with various health disciplines in an interdisciplinary team context.
• A minimum of two (2) years of supervisory experience in disability management and/or case management of rehabilitation services, including:
• - Experience in analyzing and interpreting medical, psycho-social, or vocational assessments and formulating recommendations based on critical analysis of information to develop a comprehensive care plan and program.
• Employment is contingent upon obtaining federal Reliability Status security clearance.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
