RPA Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the execution of RPA programs in line with client expectations, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.

• Provide comprehensive project leadership to teams; mentor and cultivate the skills of team members and peers.

• Manage overall project and program risks, making necessary adjustments and securing endorsements from senior management for crucial project strategies, commitments, and modifications.

• Supervise and direct the development, implementation, and maintenance of the project work plan, which includes suitable controls, governance frameworks, timelines, budgets, and quality results.

• Ensure precise development and traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

• Guarantee an understanding of stakeholder objectives and expectations, proactively addressing discrepancies; coordinate service levels and agreements while prioritizing resources across various projects and programs.

• Formulate strategies for control and governance frameworks to ensure targeted outcomes across projects.

• Oversee the delivery portfolio, monitoring, escalating, and resolving internal delivery challenges.

• Engage in sales initiatives, steering the solution-planning and deal-structuring processes to deliver business value for clients.

• Develop and implement processes for change enablement throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the software product services sector.

• At least 5 years of project management experience as a project lead.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional expertise in leading software automation and/or integration projects.

• Familiarity with RPA technologies, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, as well as best practices in automation.

• Strong communication and presence; the capability to communicate effectively across various levels and roles.

• Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.

• Customer-focused mindset and experience in managing customer expectations.

• Strategic mindset; the ability to grasp the broader perspective and deliver vital outcomes.
