RPA Developer, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Identify, assess, and prioritize opportunities for process automation and optimization.

• Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions (RPA using UiPath, Python scripts, applications) aimed at enhancing efficiency, scalability, and quality.

• Model, design, and implement processes utilizing BPM (Business Process Management) tools.

• Gather and document requirements with business units, converting needs into structured technical solutions.

• Serve as a technical reference, aiding the development of analysts and advocating for best practices.

• Offer consultative support to various departments and branches, fostering operational efficiency and digital transformation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in process automation (RPA) and the development of enterprise solutions.

• Practical experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

• Proficient knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java, JavaScript, or similar).

• Experience in integrating systems via APIs (REST, SOAP).

• Familiarity with version control tools (e.g., Git) and collaborative development methodologies.

• Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban).

• Strong analytical abilities, capable of resolving complex problems and working independently.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to negotiate with business stakeholders and maintain a holistic/big-picture perspective.

• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL).

• Prior experience in managing demand/backlog and prioritizing deliverables.
