DotNet MAUI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Contribute individually to the project on both functional and technical fronts — taking ownership of features from design through to delivery.

• Make and document critical architectural choices, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and alignment with project objectives.

• Actively mentor and assist junior developers — conducting code reviews, engaging in pair programming sessions, and providing guidance to help them complete tasks efficiently.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into robust technical solutions.

• Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks, technical debt, and stability issues within the application.

• Stay updated with the latest .NET MAUI releases, platform updates, and industry best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Hands-on experience in developing production-grade .NET MAUI applications.

• Comprehensive understanding of .NET architectural patterns, including Clean Architecture, MVVM, and microservices design principles.

• Strong, in-depth knowledge of C# — covering async/await, LINQ, generics, dependency injection, and modern language features.

• Good working knowledge of MongoDB — including schema design, indexing strategies, aggregation pipelines, and integration with .NET.

• Ability to design and work with GraphQL queries, mutations, and subscriptions within a .NET ecosystem.

• Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AI code review assistants) to enhance development speed and improve code quality.
