This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Evaluate business operations and pinpoint opportunities for automation;
• Create both the technical and functional design of automation solutions;
• Build, configure, test, and implement bots using RPA tools such as Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate;
• Utilize C# to develop components, scripts, and new automation processes;
• Employ the client's DevOps tools to execute CI/CD processes for projects (GitLab, Jenkins, Nexus);
• Conduct unit testing prior to code submission for integration into testing or UAT to ensure quality delivery;
• Provide documentation of completed unit and integration tests, confirming they fulfill the acceptance criteria established during user story preparation in the project timeline;
• Investigate defects and bugs (troubleshooting), implement fixes as needed, and manage bug tickets with defect/incident tracking tools (Jira);
• Deploy, oversee, and maintain bots in production settings;
• Implement fixes and modifications to existing automations (corrective and evolutionary support);
• Document developed automations, including workflows, exceptions, logs, manuals, etc.;
• Collaborate with solution architects and functional analysts to establish technical standards and best practices;
• Engage in technical and business meetings to clarify and refine requirements;
• Generate necessary documentation in accordance with company/client standards;
• Adhere to the client's methodologies, processes, and metrics;
• Aid in identifying risks, bottlenecks, and areas for performance enhancement in automations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields;
• Prior experience in developing RPA automations;
• Proficiency in one or more automation platforms (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, etc.);
• Strong grasp of programming logic, exception handling, and integration with APIs (REST and SOAP), databases, and legacy systems;
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git);
• Knowledge of SQL and data manipulation;
• Familiarity with popular programming languages such as Java and experience using the .NET framework;
• Experience in C# development and integrating custom scripts into automations;
• Ability to accurately estimate development efforts for user stories and/or fixes;
• Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum / Kanban);
• Strong analytical capabilities, logical reasoning, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Opportunity to work 100% remotely, depending on the contract model.
