• Assist in the transition and migration of existing UiPath automations to Microsoft Power Automate and the wider Microsoft Power Platform.
• Evaluate current-state UiPath bots, workflows, dependencies, credentials, integrations, exception handling, and operational needs to establish suitable migration strategies.
• Reengineer and enhance current automations instead of merely executing direct one-to-one conversions when improvements in processes or platforms are identified.
• Develop cloud flows, desktop flows, attended and unattended automations, and other Power Platform solutions in line with approved technical standards.
• Create, update, and maintain UiPath automations during the transition phase, as needed, to ensure operational continuity.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, Federal Client stakeholders, and technical teams to assess automation opportunities, evaluate feasibility, and define functional and technical requirements.
• Identify process gaps, technical risks, migration limitations, and opportunities for process standardization and ongoing improvement.
• Integrate automation solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Excel, databases, APIs, enterprise applications, and other sanctioned client systems.
• Configure and support Power Platform environments, connections, gateways, service accounts, credentials, and solution packages in collaboration with system administrators.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, including Solution Design Documents (SDDs), Process Definition Documents (PDDs), deployment guides, test plans, operational support procedures, and user manuals.
• Develop and conduct unit, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing for new and migrated automation solutions.
• Diagnose automation failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to enhance bot stability, reliability, and performance.
• Oversee deployed automations and provide continuous maintenance, enhancements, production support, and performance optimization.
• Ensure automation solutions adhere to Federal Client information technology governance, cybersecurity, accessibility, and data protection standards.
• Follow established configuration management, source control, release management, and DevSecOps protocols.

• Collaborate closely with cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to deliver secure, resilient, and maintainable automation solutions.
• Create reusable automation components, templates, standards, and best practices to enhance consistency throughout the RPA development lifecycle.
• Provide technical guidance, knowledge transfer, and end-user support concerning automation solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
