RPA Business Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a thorough assessment of the current state of business processes and meticulously document the following areas: problem statements, process flows, gap analysis, and recommendations for future-state solutions.

• Collaborate with process owners to gain a comprehensive end-to-end understanding of processes designated for automation, and clearly outline the affected processes and business requirements.

• Identify the scope, advantages, constraints, and risks associated with RPA automation initiatives; capture and document existing manual processes.

• Develop detailed end-to-end cross-functional process flow maps, both at a high level and in a detailed/modular format.

• Maintain and manage a pipeline of potential projects by collaborating with business users to identify automation opportunities.

• Engage in presentations that advocate for RPA across various business groups to stimulate further automation ideas.

• Create user acceptance test (UAT) plans and associated tools.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical resources.

• Perform related and/or additional job responsibilities as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in supporting business process documentation alongside business owners.

• Familiarity with RPA technologies, such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere, as well as best practices for process automation and operational excellence.

• Understanding of user acceptance testing processes and procedures, including knowledge of ERP systems and other financial systems.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the capability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.

• Solid problem-solving abilities.
