RPA Automation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee automation initiatives and create automation solutions utilizing UiPath while adhering to established architecture, standards, and best practices.

• Automate business requirements by developing tasks, scheduling them, and managing RPA bots effectively.

• Design automation solutions and hold technical accountability for project delivery as well as the ongoing maintenance of deliverables within SLAs.

• Work collaboratively with business managers, process owners, IT staff, end-users, and technical teams to assess requirements and design automation processes.

• Convert workflow diagrams and business processes into automated solutions.

• Enhance proprietary task-management tools utilized for bot deployment.

• Identify new RPA use cases in conjunction with end-users.

• Establish quality-control policies and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent execution of RPA jobs.

• Conduct technology demonstrations for sales and client-update presentations.

• Develop the framework for the RPA development team, including policy and process documentation.

• Relay project status and critical changes or support requests to stakeholders and management.

• Conduct periodic security assessments and uphold automation-environment security controls in collaboration with IT Security and Operations.

• Guarantee regulatory compliance regarding data usage and information access, including protections for PHI and adherence to HIPAA requirements.

• Ensure efficient workflow and uphold high standards and quality in technical work.

• Utilize, safeguard, and disclose patients’ PHI in accordance with HIPAA standards.

• Adhere to Information Security and HIPAA policies and procedures.

• Restrict PHI access to the minimum necessary for assigned responsibilities.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• At least 3 years of experience with UiPath RPA automation development tools.

• Background in customer support and management of client issue resolutions.

• Strong understanding of data management in SQL.

• Solid grasp of workflow design principles.

• Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Capability to document and troubleshoot errors, as well as escalate priority issues to the team lead.

• Knowledge of best practices for troubleshooting potential issues and database operations.

• Proven ability to oversee multiple complex and high-priority projects simultaneously.

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all organizational levels.

• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make informed decisions based on timely and accurate analyses.

• High integrity and dependability, along with a sense of urgency and results-oriented focus.
