RPA Automation Analyst, Power Automate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and implement automations utilizing Power Automate;

• Evaluate existing bots in Automation Anywhere and transition them to Power Automate;

• Engage in requirements gathering with business units and clients;

• Develop and sustain technical documentation (SDD - Solution Design Document);

• Perform user acceptance testing and oversee automation stability post-deployment;

• Recognize and address exceptions, manage logs, and execute performance enhancements for bots;

• Work collaboratively with the team to identify risks, dependencies, and areas for improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently pursuing in Information Technology, Exact Sciences, or related disciplines;

• Extensive experience in developing automations with Power Automate;

• Proficiency in Python;

• Background in process automation (RPA) projects;

• Understanding of the automation lifecycle (requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and support);

• Experience in exception handling, log management, and optimal development practices for bots;

• Capability to create and manage technical documentation (SDD).
