Roofing Service Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Performing general inspections and defining the scope of work for potential repairs or replacements.

• Identifying, locating, documenting, and providing guidance on deficiencies and issues within roof systems.

• Executing emergency repairs as needed to meet customer requirements.

• Delivering a comprehensive scope of work for any additional repairs that are necessary.

• Installing services and carrying out approved repairs as requested.

• Collaborating effectively with owners, clients, colleagues, managers, and inter-office staff.

• Adapting to dynamic work environments and changing conditions.

• Completing mandatory daily documentation, such as online service records, timesheets, and more.

• Occasional travel may be required.

• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience with commercial roofing systems as outlined above.

• Physically capable of managing all facets of roofing repairs.

• Adherence to all OSHA and industry safety standards and compliance regulations.

• Proficient computer skills are advantageous.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.

• The ideal candidate should have experience with single-ply membranes, modified bitumen, built-up systems, sheet metal related to roofing, and standing-seam/metal-panel roofing systems.

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

• Successful completion of drug screening and background checks is required.

• Bilingual abilities in English and Spanish are a plus.

• Personal tools necessary for the trade must be provided.
