📋 Description

• Designs, develops, and maintains scalable automation solutions aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.

• Collaborates closely with both business and technology teams to pinpoint opportunities, implement automation solutions, and improve current processes.

• Plays a vital role in advancing Origin Bank’s automation strategy through dependable execution, thorough documentation, and ongoing enhancement of RPA capabilities.

• Operates with a degree of independence, contributing to solution design and supporting the entire automation lifecycle from development to production support.

• Designs, builds, and refines automation solutions utilizing RPA platforms with minimal supervision.

• Works with business stakeholders to collect requirements and convert them into automation workflows and technical designs.

• Implements testing plans, validates the performance of automation, and communicates findings to stakeholders.

• Creates automations with suitable exception handling, logging, and recovery mechanisms to ensure reliability and robustness.

• Oversees the Blue Prism control room, manages exceptions, and determines resolution strategies.

• Provides support for production automation and engages in issue resolution and root cause analysis.

• Functions within a structured development lifecycle, encompassing development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.

• Integrates automation solutions with APIs, databases, and file-based systems as required to support business operations.

• Maintains detailed technical documentation for processes, objects, and associated materials in line with departmental standards.

• Identifies opportunities for enhancing process efficiency and scalability.

• Shares automation expertise and offers guidance to team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.

• 2–4 years of experience in a business-facing IT, automation, systems, or process improvement role, including experience in analyzing and enhancing business processes.

• Proven ability to develop, test, deploy, and support technical solutions within a structured development lifecycle.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capability to collaborate effectively across business and technical teams.

• Experience in working with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into actionable solutions.

• Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of experience with RPA platforms (e.g., Blue Prism).

• Experience in one or more programming or scripting languages (e.g., Python, VBA, Java).

• Experience with APIs (REST/SOAP) and system integrations.

• Experience in data handling and analysis (e.g., Excel, SQL, file-based processing).
