This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +3 more states.
• Accountable for the effective integration of the HUGO™ RAS-system within a hospital setting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders of the robotic program to establish objectives and metrics for the HUGO™ RAS-system.
• Organize regular program review meetings to ensure progress is maintained.
• Create a training plan for surgeons, coordinate participation in Medtronic’s off-site training, and arrange for proctored cases as necessary after training.
• Formulate a training plan for staff that includes participation in a Medtronic off-site training session and support through their learning journey.
• Facilitate technology adoption by being present during learning sessions for surgeons and staff members.
• Apply change management strategies to engage clinical stakeholders and secure their support.
• Mentor hospital staff to enhance skill transfer and achieve independence in operational excellence.
• Collaborate with Medtronic field service engineers (FSE) and hospital personnel to prepare operating rooms for the HUGO™ RAS-system.
• Monitor milestones to illustrate the benefits delivered to the pilot site.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 2 years of clinical, sales, or related experience OR an Advanced Degree with no related experience.
• Must be willing to relocate to a major implementation site.
• Openness to travel extensively throughout the country (>75%).
• 12-18+ months of clinical selling experience in an operating room setting (Preferred).
• Familiarity with operating rooms and surgical procedures.
• Proven capability to progress from idea generation and strategy formulation to detailed execution and delivery of results.
• Awareness of the implications of quality and regulatory standards.
• Strong and demonstrable project management competencies.
• Ability to integrate a customer team and guide it toward continuous performance enhancement.
• Experience in change management, with the ability to standardize process optimization and change management activities into a repeatable model for deployment by various personnel in different locations.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and research abilities.
• Understanding of hospital workflows and adeptness in navigating complex healthcare environments.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Proven history of successfully managing multiple projects at once.
• For degrees obtained outside of the United States, a qualification that meets the standards of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is necessary.
