
RN Telehealth Administrator, On Call, PRN

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +4 more states.
• Collaborate with telehealth providers to ensure that suitable patients receive telemedicine services.
• Liaise with onsite nursing teams to guarantee that all clinical requirements are effectively coordinated.
• Supervise the provider queue in Never Alone.
• Assist with any technical issues that may arise for the telehealth provider team.
• Monitor the EMR to triage routine clinical lab requests, imaging results, notifications, and other after-hours tasks.
• Ensure timely documentation of interactions with facility nurses in the EMR.
• Input information directly into the CRM system.
• Connect patients needing urgent attention from an in-house provider the following day with Central Scheduling.
• Answer and triage calls from Never Alone use cases beyond the SNF use case.
• Offer health education to patients.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience to promote high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Adhere to ethical practices in line with the Scope and Standards of Practice of their profession and Board Certification.
• Comply with all state and federal regulations, guidelines, and laws.
• Collaborate with the telehealth provider group.
• Participate in monthly staff meetings.
• During periods of downtime, there may be opportunities for additional project-related work, such as developing protocols, conducting initial quality reviews of previous encounters, or engaging in projects as the role evolves.
• Must possess a valid RN or LPN license.
• Must be willing to obtain licensure in the seven states served (Indiana, Ohio, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Kentucky).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
• Good technological aptitude is required.
• Training or clinical experience in geriatrics, primary care/internal medicine, and/or emergency or urgent care is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is necessary.
• Willingness to engage in professional development through training, obtaining necessary certifications, and attending team meetings.
• Experience in a collaborative healthcare environment to foster positive outcomes and achieve goals.
• Training or experience in an outpatient primary care setting is advantageous.
• PRN Position.
• Option for an 8-hour shift.
• Flexibility to select one shift per month and maintain a consistent schedule.
