RN Nurse Health Specialist, California RN License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Evaluate patient issues and deliver clinical support via telephone and video.

• Work alongside primary care providers to create comprehensive care plans.

• Make outbound calls and conduct virtual visits for patient follow-up.

• Inform members about symptoms and care procedures.

• Employ various technology platforms and complete documentation in the EMR system.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least one (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Familiarity with clinical care standards.

• Proven experience in assessing and triaging patient symptoms using sound clinical judgment.

• Must possess an active, unrestricted California RN license at the time of hire.

• CPR certification is mandatory.

• Strong administrative, organizational, and verbal communication skills.
