RN Field Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Act as a patient advocate to assist, guide, and coordinate care for injured workers, their families, and caregivers as they progress through the recovery journey.

• Support injured workers in attaining recovery and independence through advocacy, effective communication, education, resource identification, and service facilitation.

• Identify suitable providers and facilities across the range of services, ensuring that resources are utilized effectively and efficiently to achieve the best possible outcome for both the client and the reimbursement source.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must hold an RN license and possess a minimum of 1.5 years of previous experience as a Field Case Manager in workers' compensation.

• A valid driver’s license is required.

• High-speed internet access is necessary.
