RN Field Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Act as a patient advocate to assist, guide, and coordinate care for injured workers, their families, and caregivers as they navigate the recovery process.

• Support injured workers in attaining recovery and independence through advocacy, effective communication, education, identification of service resources, and service facilitation.

• Identify suitable providers and facilities throughout the continuum of services, ensuring that available resources are utilized in a timely and cost-effective manner to achieve optimal value for both the client and the reimbursement source.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1.5 years of previous experience as a Field Case Manager in workers' compensation is required.

• RN licensure is preferred; alternatively, a bachelor's degree in health or human services is required, along with one of the following certifications: CCM, CDMS, or CRC.

• High-speed internet access is mandatory.
