This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Develop and spearhead targeted process improvement initiatives to promote effective hospital system adoption of processes and products, resulting in enhanced patient outcomes.
β’ Act as a subject matter expert for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing insights gained from direct clinician interactions and relationships to offer pertinent input during critical discussions.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to formulate design strategies and enhance the utilization of various program initiatives and developments within large hospital systems.
β’ Conduct research, collaborate with data specialists, establish strategies for key metrics, and present baseline and outcome findings to essential stakeholders.
β’ Oversee and execute additional incidental duties as assigned.
β’ Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field, accompanied by 8 years of relevant experience in direct healthcare management of large clinical organizations required.
β’ A Master's Degree or an equivalent of 6 years of experience is preferred.
β’ Familiarity with quality performance, clinical process design, and/or advanced clinical pathways is preferred.
β’ Experience in managing a large clinical staff, along with acute pediatric and PICU experience, is preferred.
β’ Exceptional skills in facilitation, presentation, project management, and proficiency in the MS Office Suite.
β’ Established expertise in both written and verbal communication, interpersonal relationships, consultative skills, influencing, and relationship management.
β’ Proven problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of BD policies, procedures, guidelines, hospital-based systems, and lean processes.
β’ Capacity to handle confidential information with discretion and meticulous attention to detail.
β’ Ability to connect with physicians, nurses, and senior-level healthcare managers.
β’ Proficient in thriving within a multi-cultural environment and matrix organization.
