This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls to evaluate needs and provide suitable care guidance

• Assess caller requirements and direct them to the appropriate care level

• Exhibit strong verbal communication abilities

• Comply with established quality assurance protocols

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is preferred

• Current unrestricted RN compact licensure is mandatory

• Minimum of two years of recent clinical practice experience

• Skilled in navigating multiple screens and utilizing various computer applications
