RN Case Manager – Federal Employees Program

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Assist in managing utilization functions for both complex and non-routine cases.

• Act as a liaison among members, providers, and both internal and external clients.

• Supervise intricate cases to guarantee effective interventions and optimal use of benefits.

• Execute vital case management tasks, including assessment, planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring, outcomes, and evaluation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active license in Tennessee or a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare sector.

• At least 3 years of clinical experience is required.

• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential is preferred or must be obtained within 2 years of hire.

• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications and email communication.
