This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +34 more states.
• Oversee the complete delivery of RMS implementations, encompassing solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Demonstrate technical proficiency in configuring and implementing workflows, forms, and data structures within adaptable platforms.
• Convert customer business needs into scalable technical configurations and user workflows.
• Supervise RMS implementation across various workstreams, including integrations and hardware components.
• Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across all customer engagements.
• Conduct customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and ensure alignment.
• Provide engaging, high-quality training sessions (both in-person and virtual) for technical and non-technical participants.
• Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events with assurance and clarity.
• Assist in user adoption by translating product features into practical, real-world applications.
• Drive change management initiatives to guarantee successful product adoption and long-term customer satisfaction.
• Identify risks, address issues, and effectively communicate project status to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities.
• Work cross-functionally with Training, Product, and Project Management teams to secure successful delivery outcomes.
• 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology.
• Technical experience with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building, workflow configuration, and data modeling.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and system configurations.
• Hands-on experience in delivering software implementations from initial setup to launch.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Proven experience in leading or supporting customer-facing implementations, including application setup, configuration, and go-live support.
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs for varied audiences.
• Capacity to customize training content for both technical and non-technical users.
• Comfortable facilitating live sessions, workshops, and launch events.
• Dynamic communicator with the ability to energize an audience and deliver convincing presentations.
• Skilled at navigating challenging customer interactions, including resistance to change and competing stakeholder priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
• Proven ability to take ambiguous requirements and transform them into clear, actionable workflows.
• Proficient in tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Suite.
• A college degree from an accredited institution.
