RMG Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Assist in resource allocation and staffing processes

• Oversee data related to resource availability, utilization, and capacity

• Monitor project requirements and resource assignments

• Create regular Management Information System (MIS) reports and workforce dashboards

• Collaborate with delivery teams, project managers, and recruitment teams

• Ensure the precision of resource management data and reports

• Recognize allocation conflicts and aid in resource optimization efforts

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Resource Management, PMO Operations, or Workforce Management

• Proficient in Excel and reporting techniques

• Strong analytical and data management skills

• Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication abilities

• High attention to detail with the capability to manage multiple priorities
