This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• This course explores the characteristics of danger and disasters, as well as the extent of human vulnerability and the various responses to these challenges.
• It will investigate risks and detrimental events linked to extreme natural phenomena, technological mishaps, epidemic outbreaks, and human conflicts.
• A PhD is required.
• Expertise in Environmental Studies is essential.
• Candidates who can demonstrate this area of expertise and show a commitment to active learning in their Teaching Dossier will be preferred.
• CV is required for all applicants.
• Candidate Application Form (CAF) is mandatory for external applicants.
