This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Conduct audits of new business transactions, support activities, and operational processes independently.
• Utilize standardized audit methodologies and evaluation criteria.
• Evaluate compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, risk frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
• Examine documentation and policy records for thoroughness, accuracy, and adherence to procedures.
• Detect conduct risks, instances of non-compliance, emerging risks, and control deficiencies; escalate significant findings as necessary.
• Offer objective, evidence-based feedback to frontline teams and leadership.
• Assist in coaching and developmental efforts for new agents while identifying areas for performance enhancement.
• Ensure accurate audit documentation is maintained for traceability, governance, and reporting purposes.
• Provide actionable, data-driven insights to support decision-making and ongoing improvement.
• Aid in process improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
• Collaborate with operational, compliance, risk management, and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of audit tools, evaluation frameworks, and quality benchmarks.
• Engage in calibration sessions to maintain consistency in quality reviews.
• Proven experience in quality assurance, auditing, compliance, or risk oversight within insurance operations.
• Capability to independently audit new business policies and customer files using standardized criteria.
• Strong judgment, objectivity, confidentiality, and integrity.
• Excellent analytical skills to identify trends, control weaknesses, and emerging risks.
• Ability to convert findings into clear, actionable insights.
• Experience in providing constructive, evidence-based feedback to agents and managers.
• Knowledge of regulated service or sales environments, conduct risk, and quality control expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
• High level of accuracy, organization, and professionalism in audit documentation, findings, and reporting.
• Familiarity with audit methodologies and quality assurance techniques.
• Ability to interpret policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Power BI.
