Risk & Payment Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee and evaluate suspicious customer activities and potential fraudulent conduct.

• Examine payment transactions to pinpoint risks and anomalies associated with payments.

• Investigate cases of fraud, violations of Terms & Conditions, and atypical patterns of user behavior.

• Authenticate customer documents and conduct KYC checks in line with internal protocols.

• Analyze substantial winnings, withdrawals, and payment activities to detect potentially risky behavior.

• Partner with Payments, Support, Retention, and other internal teams to enhance fraud prevention measures.

• Elevate high-risk cases and offer recommendations for subsequent actions.

• Keep precise records and documentation related to risk management and payment operations.

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of internal payment and risk control processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 months of experience in Risk, Payments, Fraud Prevention, KYC, Compliance, Customer Support, or a related domain.

• Familiarity with document verification and payment processing.

• Prior experience in the iGaming sector will be viewed as a significant advantage.

• Experience with SoftSwiss products is considered a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to recognize suspicious patterns.

• An analytical mindset with the confidence to make decisions based on available data.

• A high level of responsibility, accuracy, and persistence.

• Capacity to efficiently handle large volumes of data and cases.

• Proficiency in English at a Pre-Intermediate (A2+) level or higher.
