Risk Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist in the reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRI) at the divisional level.

• Continuously track cases and reports to identify trends, monitor risk anomalies, and escalate significant findings to management.

• Support case analysis and risk investigations by helping with user reports and risk signals, pinpointing key risk characteristics, and enhancing risk strategies for high-risk and organized cases.

• Aid in optimizing AI tools and workflows to improve risk operations, process automation, automated alerting, and interdepartmental project tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics/Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.

• Basic understanding of the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector, with a keen interest in risk management and anti-fraud measures.

• Strong enthusiasm for AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), with familiarity in basic prompt usage or automation tools considered an advantage.

• Excellent logical reasoning abilities, capable of making independent judgments based on thorough research.

• Effective cross-functional communication and follow-through skills, with the capacity to manage multiple task queues efficiently and with urgency.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new software technologies.

• Familiarity or experience with SQL/Datawind is a plus.
