Risk Manager – Senior Risk Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Work collaboratively across various departments to improve visibility, reporting, and decision-making throughout the organization.

• Oversee internal analysis and reporting activities by identifying and tracking key performance indicators in Sales and Loss Performance.

• Mitigate risk in dealer/group reinsurance partnerships by generating timely cession statements.

• Support the Accounting team in managing trust and treasury functions of reinsurance accounts.

• Seek out external data sources and integrate them into the analysis of sales and loss performance.

• Examine claims emergence and behavior across the DGW portfolio to spot outliers and opportunities for pricing and coverage improvements.

• Recognize and act upon opportunities to enhance internal data architecture and data quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience with Automotive F&I data or related service contracts/warranties is preferred.

• At least 4 years of analytical experience, providing critical insights that influence business decisions and promote growth.

• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role is desirable.

• Familiarity with basic service contract pricing and reserving principles.

• Knowledge of earnings and revenue recognition principles, as well as transaction-level accounting for warranty products.

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Decision Sciences, or Computer Science.

• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, BI, and general data analysis skills, with the capability to collaborate across operations and business units.

• Previous experience and demonstrated success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
