This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Foster growth by establishing strategic relationships with C-suite executives and securing high-value new clients.
• Initiate the H2 go-to-market campaign that integrates Acquiring, Risk Solutions, and StoneCastle deposits.
• Identify, consult, and onboard high-risk merchants both directly and through strategic partnerships.
• Navigate intricate compliance requirements and deliver comprehensive merchant application packages.
• Boost sales, enhance pipeline development, meet sales quotas and business objectives, reduce overall expenses, and drive digital transformation.
• Provide product solution sales within designated commercial mid-market sectors.
• Collaborate with clients and various stakeholders, including C-suite executives, finance, treasury, HR, security, fraud, IT, marketing, operations, product, pricing, compliance, and risk.
• Maintain consistent client communication and manage multiple opportunities through different sales stages.
• Create client proposals that encompass solutions, financial justifications, growth strategies, budgets, project timelines, and anticipated outcomes.
• Develop account plans for target clients and cross-selling opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and contract terms while working closely with relationship management.
• Over 10 years of comprehensive sales experience.
• A minimum of 6 years focused on high-risk merchant categories and payment sectors.
• More than 6 years of proven success in new business generation and solution selling.
• In-depth knowledge of market dynamics, challenges, trends, and operations.
• At least 6 years of experience in a virtual team environment.
• Proven experience in coordinating account managers, solution consultants, and implementation service teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of work experience, education, and military service.
• Background in merchant services/payments sales.
• Profound understanding of high-risk merchant profiles, associated risk factors, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Practical experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot, payment gateways, and risk management tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Consistent track record of meeting and surpassing ambitious sales targets.
• Familiarity with Fiserv and previous First Data product offerings.
• Capability to implement the Fiserv Way of Selling, including the Expert Selling Force Management framework.
• MBA preferred.
• Eligibility for commission in accordance with the applicable Fiserv Sales Compensation Plan.
