This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Manage credit risk across the portfolio for retail unsecured lending products, such as credit cards, personal loans, and overdraft facilities.
• Supervise the development, execution, and validation of risk segmentation strategies.
• Assist in adjudication, exposure management, risk segmentation, financial return optimization, and establishing risk appetite.
• Concentrate on overdraft functionalities related to deposit products and potentially other unsecured offerings.
• Provide essential information, interpretative analysis, and in-depth assessments.
• Implement credit risk strategies to ensure decisions align with TD's risk appetite and adhere to governmental regulations and guidelines.
• Function as an expert at the enterprise or group business level.
• Act as the primary regulatory liaison for risk-related issues and requirements affecting a significant business segment.
• Evaluate and guide responses to existing and upcoming regulations.
• Collaborate across functions with teams beyond the risk domain.
• Represent the business in corporate initiatives, identify key risks and their implications, and provide guidance in complex scenarios.
• Formulate and deliver recommendations to Senior Management.
• Engage in occasional domestic travel and maintain continuous sedentary work, multitasking, office equipment use, concentration, reading, writing, comprehension, and basic arithmetic activities.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; a graduate degree is preferred, or progressive work experience may serve as a substitute.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
• Proficiency in PC skills, including MS Office and analytical/reporting software.
• Experience with relational databases and ETL processes using SQL or SAS.
• Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Miner, FICO Model Builder, or Angoss Knowledge Seeker.
• Expertise in retail lending or unsecured lending credit risk is essential.
• Advanced understanding of card strategies, Risk Adjusted Revenue, Risk Adjusted Margin, NPV, and ROE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Adaptability to rapidly changing requirements is crucial.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritize tasks.
• Capability to build and maintain productive relationships with business and peers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in developing and presenting recommendations to Senior Management.
• Advanced Python coding skills are a plus but not mandatory.
