Transformation Process and Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Assist in enterprise-wide transformation projects by capturing, documenting, and sustaining standardized business processes throughout the organization.

• Ensure that workflows are well-defined, governed, and regularly updated.

• Offer quality-assurance oversight by monitoring process adherence, ensuring documentation completeness, and following up on improvement actions.

• Collaborate closely with both business and technical stakeholders to foster operational alignment and readiness for transformation.

• Work in partnership with business and technical teams to collect, analyze, and document comprehensive processes and workflows.

• Create and maintain process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation.

• Monitor action items, follow-ups, and commitments to process improvement across stakeholders.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, or outdated procedures and propose corrective actions.

• Establish and uphold process governance standards and best practices for documentation.

• Assist transformation leadership with process readiness, operational alignment, and audit support initiatives.

• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Experience in business process analysis, documentation, or operational governance.

• Strong organizational skills, follow-up abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to communicate effectively with both business and technical audiences.

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

• Experience in supporting enterprise transformation or modernization initiatives is preferred.

• Familiarity with process mapping and documentation tools is preferred.

• Experience in regulated or compliance-focused environments is preferred.

• Knowledge of quality assurance or continuous improvement methodologies is preferred.
