This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Responsible for maintaining annual communication with Comp Alliance members, which includes conducting safety inspections, attending safety committee meetings, and providing training.
• Capable of engaging with members about their workplace injuries and the safety programs in place.
• Identify safety risks and suggest enhancements for their rectification.
• Proficient in using computer software for reporting hazards and drafting recommendation letters.
• Ability to interpret workers’ compensation injury reports effectively.
• Collaborate smoothly with various members of the program team, including Underwriting, Claims, and Marketing.
• Deliver training to member employees on a range of topics, utilizing professional PowerPoint presentation materials.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for conducting regular virtual training sessions.
• Minimum education requirement – High School Diploma.
• Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
• Excellent demeanor during telephone and video communications.
• Ability to work autonomously.
• Willingness to travel by car as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
• Capacity to uphold a high level of confidentiality.
• An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a business or finance-related field is preferred.
