This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Navigate and address challenges within accounts using customized solutions
• Create strategic territory plans that align with shared objectives
• Foster product demand and enhance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with territory teammates, field teams, and colleagues at the home office
• Provide support for customer access
• Analyze market data, competitive landscape, territory statistics, and market trends
• Discover local insights and assist in pull-through initiatives
• Lead customer interactions both virtually and in person
• Organize planning sessions with key stakeholders
• Work across functions to address complex customer challenges
• Deliver timely access support
• Coordinate with Patient Specialty Services to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Utilize digital tools and omni-channel strategies to tailor outreach
• Engage with customers in both virtual and in-person settings
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
• Relevant experience within the last 5 years in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, life sciences services, insurance, consumer health, B2B, or other similarly complex sales environments
• For Territory Account Specialist level: at least 2 years of relevant experience
• For Senior Territory Account Specialist level: a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• For Executive Territory Account Specialist level: at least 10 years of relevant experience
• For Associate level: limited prior sales experience or 4+ years of US military service in a leadership role
• Proven history of consistently high performance
• Experience in navigating and selling to large accounts and key customers
• Analytical skills to identify, prioritize, and utilize pertinent information
• Ethical leadership with a commitment to promoting compliance and ethical behavior
• Must reside within the territory or within 50 miles of its border
• Willingness to travel 60–80% across a wide geographic area
• Capability to drive and/or fly within the territory
• A fully valid and unrestricted driver’s license is required
• Proficiency in communicating clinical product information
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment
• A general understanding of patient services, market access, buy and bill, specialty pharmacy, reimbursement, or medical HCP calling is preferred
• Experience in therapeutic groups, disease states, account management strategies, or new product launches is desirable
• Must comply with customer credentialing guidelines, which may include vaccination requirements
