This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee the complete RFP process, including requirement analysis and response development.

• Create and implement a standardized internal RFP procedure.

• Write and enhance RFP responses to support both current and prospective business ventures.

• Employ project management tools to ensure timely and precise submissions.

• Collaborate with clinical teams to collect valuable data for proposals.

• Manage a pipeline of both renewal and new business opportunities.

• Develop and maintain a centralized library for RFP content.

• Monitor, evaluate, and document feedback from RFP results.

• Keep track of RFP activities using Salesforce.

• Oversee and mentor an RFP Coordinator.

• 3-5 years of experience in RFP/grants writing.

• Prior experience in the K-12 sector is highly desirable.

• Exceptional writing and editing abilities.

• Capability to ask insightful questions to gather compelling information.
