This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Driving revenue and expanding market presence in Latin America
• Concentrating on increasing RFID passive transponder sales across all verticals
• Acquiring new clients while nurturing the existing customer base
• Identifying customer needs during the pre-sales phase
• Educating clients about HID's product range
• Managing the sales process from prospecting to the commitment of design-in solutions
• Collaborating with product management and engineering experts
• Planning and executing marketing and sales initiatives
• Participating in trade shows and exhibitions
• Actively seeking new customers and maintaining key relationships
• Completing revenue forecasts and reporting
• Developing a project pipeline for ISC's long-term growth
• Serving as an industry authority on emerging market trends
• 5-10+ years of relevant experience
• Preferably, you possess technical training or relevant educational background
• Strong affinity for technical products
• Understanding of RFID technologies, especially RFID tags and labels (beneficial but not essential)
• Several years of proven sales experience
• Comfortable communicating with customers at all levels
• Enthusiastic about sales, product knowledge, and customer assistance
• Experience in cold calling and remote sales
• Strong background in prospecting, cold-calling, and closing new business
• Proficient in both Spanish and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills
